Initial Consult 15 mins (Free)

Initial Session 60 mins ($190)

Individual Session 60 mins ($190)

Individual Session 90 mins ($280)

Caregiver session (Max 4 people) 60 mins ($280 for 2 people and $20 per additional person)

Caregiver session (Max 4 people) 90 mins ($380 for 2 people and $40 per additional person)

Additional fees

Late Cancellation/no show (Less than 24 hours): Full cost of booked session to be paid following the session time and prior to rebooking

Late Payment Fee: 2% interest on all late payments after 30 days and cancellation of service for non-payment

Fees for additional services such as attendance letters, treatment letters and consultations to be discussed directly with Kristy and assessed on an individual basis

Individual therapy session where you work with the therapist to work through issues, strengthen or develop skills and set goals to support your ongoing healing and recovery.

Individual sessions that require longer than the standard 60 minutes, including specialized interventions such as CBT for trauma, Advanced Treatment Planning, Advanced Relapse Prevention Planning, and ongoing in-depth bereavement recovery

Sessions where individuals and the people who care for them meet in order to discuss ongoing needs, improve communication, develop an ongoing treatment plan, discuss support needs, and provide psychoeducation for both clients and caregivers.

Sessions that include caregivers and the individual. The 90 minute sessions are for managing more complex issues that may require more time than the standard 60 minutes. This includes but is not limited to Advanced treatment planning, advanced caregiver support, bereavement work, and enhanced skill building sessions.
